Rostock – We are pleased to announce the final addition to our team: with the arrival of our new colleague, the third planned position in the road administration department has now been filled.
She is taking on a particularly important part of the project work: scanning the historical documents concerning road maintenance. After all, before files can be evaluated or later used digitally, they first have to be captured in digital form.
Her part of the project work is being done at the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Main Archive in Schwerin, where the appropriate scanning technology is available.
Page by page, these historical documents, too, are making their way from paper to screen.
